We should never judge a book by its cover, nor a person by his/her own appearance. Yet, we all have many stereotypes in our head, many bias that we should not have…

How often do we think ‘This person cannot do this!’ or ‘This is impossible, he/she will never be able to reach this goal!’

Audrey Hepburn said it: ‘Nothing is impossible, the word itself says ‘I’m possible’!
